The application deadline for the Business Contacts 2019 is in January 2019, as long as there are still stands available at that time. Stands are being assigned according to the principle of "first come, first served". In case of a cancellation of the application after the application deadline 50% of the participation fee become due. In case you should cancel your application within the period of 3 weeks before the fair the Business Contacts GmbH will charge the full price.
In case of more than one option, those options that have been ticked off or the filled in quantities will be classified as orders. Invoicing will be issued after confirmation of registration, which we will send to you via email as soon as we have received your registration. Payment is due within the period of 14 days after the invoice date. In case of default of payment the Business Contacts GmbH only has to render its services if the payment is received before the start of the fair. Any other consequences of delay remain unaffected. You will receive all the necessary information concerning the transmission of your company logo, advertisement and corporate profile for the fair website and the fair catalogue after your registration. Deadline for receipt of all required documents will be in February. Documents that have been submitted late cannot be taken into account. The capacities for the organisation of the the Business Breakfast, the Career Lunch as well as the one-on-one interviews and company presentations are limited. The packages Superior and Premium are limited to the amount of 4 to 15. They will be assigned according to the principles of "first come, first served".
The Business Contacts GmbH reserves its right to cancel the event in case of insufficient interest on the part of the companies. Invoiced amounts that have already been paid will be refunded. Already effected expenses will not be refunded. Any liability is excluded, especially concerning the damage or loss of any objects that have been brought along. The exception to this would be the liability for deliberately or negligently caused damages (e.g. the violation of body or health) that are based on a negligent breach of duty on the part of the Business Contacts GmbH. Should the career fair be considerably complicated, jeopardised or affected due to unpredictable force majeure after confirmation of registration, you as well as the Business Contacts GmbH are free to cancel the registration/ confirmation of registration. Invoiced amounts that have already been paid will be refunded. Already effected expenses will not be refunded. In the event of legal disputes, Münster applies as the place of jurisdiction. Apart from that, the invalidity of any of the regulations above does not affect the validity of the registration. It is agreed upon that an ineffective provision will be replaced by a legally permissible provision, which comes closest to the economic sense and purpose of the registration.
The dismantling of the fair stand has to take place on June 14th 2019 in the time period from 5 to 8 p.m. Storage of stand materials in advance or afterwards is only possible upon prior agreement. If the times for dismantling are disregarded, the Business Contacts GmbH will instruct the dismantling in your name and on your account.
The Business Contacts GmbH will use the photos taken on the day of the fair for the fair website, information brochures for companies, the fair catalogue as well as posters and flyers in order to advertise the fair in the years ahead.
Applicants' CVs and personal data that is collected for one-on-one interviews will be deleted after 12 months the latest. Data is only forwarded to companies that booked the premium package.
